This is a modern and very comfortable house, with very cozy spaces. The living room and dining room are very spacious and have a modern decoration. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a breakfast bar for 4 people and a dining table for 8.
This house is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, on the ground floor it has a studio with a double sofa bed and a service room with single bunk beds and a full bathroom.

● The minimum age to rent is 21 years old and must be present throughout the stay.
● Parking for 2 cars.
● No noise after 11:00 pm.
There is double security, so you must register the names at the entrance cabin of the El Tigre development and at the entrance of Punta Cala Condominiums and provide identification at check-in.
