It also has a beautiful balcony with a dining table and chairs for 6 people, offering an excellent view of the pool where you can spend unforgettable moments of comfort and fun.

Within walking distance of the Puerta Arena complex, you will find public access beaches, beach clubs, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores, and supermarkets, among others. The location of the condominium is very central, with modern roads and easy access to Nuevo Vallarta. You can also go for a walk, run, or bike ride along Paseo de los Cocoteros, a beautiful athletic track where you can see families enjoying morning walks or bike rides. It is truly central and beautiful! Additionally, if you are a golf enthusiast, El Tigre Golf Course is just 1 km away, offering a challenging yet fun golf experience.
